- All returns must be authorised in advance in writing by Supplies4Care Ltd . . . .
All returns must be authorised in advance in writing by the Company and the Buyer should obtain a collection reference. All returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of the Goods. The Goods must be in original manufacturer’s packaging, protected by an outer box and in an immediately re-saleable condition. The Company shall only be liable to credit 80% of the invoiced value of Goods returned which do not conform with the requirements of this sub-clause.

Any request for the return of Goods under this clause shall be made by the Buyer to the relevant supplier regional distribution centre sales office (Supplies4Care Ltd) within 3 days of delivery. Supplies4Care Ltd will provide the Buyer with a return note. Returns shall only be accepted if they are accompanied by Supplies4Care's return note.

Supplies4Care Ltd will ensure that each delivery of the goods is accompanied by a delivery note that shows the date of the Order, the contract number or all relevant Customer and Supplier reference numbers, the type and quantity of the goods (including the code number of the goods, where applicable), special storage instructions (if any) and, if the goods are being delivered by instalments, the outstanding balance of goods remaining to be delivered.

Supplies4Care Ltd shall deliver the goods to the location set out in the order or such other location as the parties may agree (Delivery Location) at any time after the Supplier notifies the Customer that the goods are ready.

If the Customer fails to take or accept delivery . . . .
If the Customer fails to take or accept delivery of the goods within 3 business days of the Supplier notifying the Customer that the goods are ready then, except where such failure or delay is caused by a force majeure event, or the Supplier's failure to comply with its obligations under the Contract, delivery of the goods shall be deemed to have been completed at 9.00 am on the third Business Day after the day on which the Supplier notified the Customer that the goods were ready.
